FIT & ADJUSTMENT: Place the lenses over the eyes; adjust nose-bridge as needed to create a comfortable feeling fit, for tighter fit shorten distance between lenses for a looser fit increase the distance between the lenses. Gently pull the nose bridge adjustment by holding between your thumb and index finger, liquid soap may act as a lubricant to make adjusting easier, RINSE THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO USE. Stretch the head strap into place and adjust as needed to secure. Please note the loosest adjustment that maintains a dry goggle inside lens is the optimum fit. To adjust goggle strap remove by taking strap over the top of the head and releasing tension on lenses against the face. Adjust in small increments until the ideal fit to your liking is established. Pressure rings around he eyes are indicative of an over tightened head strap and should be avoided. MAINTENANCE: Rinse goggles thoroughly with fresh water prior to first use. Avoid direct contact with the inside of your goggles. Soak in fresh water after each use. Thoroughly rinse with fresh water, dry and store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Many liquids contain chemicals that may cause damage. A good rule to follow is to avoid having your goggles come in contact with any Sun-screen products, aerosols, lotions or creams.
